How We Assist

We communicate with the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents and work as a go between our clients and CBP. We represent each client individually and strive to accommodate their unique needs in receiving their status information, receiving their cargo and arranging duty payment to CBP.

We are also able to assist you with options of cartage services capable of delivering your cargo direct to your door.

For our neighbor island customers, we are able to assist you with options of forwarding methods of your cargo to the neighbor islands via ocean barge or air service.

Don’t have a warehouse to store your goods? We could assist you in utilizing the warehouse of the Foreign Trade Zone#9 which is a State of Hawaii operated facility offering reasonable rates for warehouse storage of foreign cargo.
